Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Milar, a product of Nexent. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using our platform, you agree not to misuse the services or help anyone else do so.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Milar to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive practices
• Distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform
• Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data in violation of platform terms
• Infringe intellectual property or misappropriate confidential information
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls

3. Content Standards

You are responsible for content you publish or schedule through Milar. Content must not:

• Be unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or threatening
• Promote violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
• Contain sexually explicit material involving minors
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Violate the terms or policies of any connected social platform

4. Third-Party Platform Compliance

When you connect accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, or any other service, you must comply with that platform's developer policies, terms, and community guidelines. We may restrict features to remain compliant with those platforms.

5. Automation and API Use

Automations, bulk scheduling, and API access must be used responsibly and within published limits. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke access that degrades service for others or violates this AUP.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we deem appropriate. Where the law requires, we may report unlawful activity to authorities.
