Subject to your compliance with this End User License Agreement (“EULA”), Nexent Company Limited (“Nexent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Milar platform (“Service”) for your internal business purposes.
You may not:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, post, or transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy changes by third-party platforms.
We may update the Service from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. This EULA applies to all updates, modifications, and new features.
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and deleting your account. We may terminate this license immediately if you violate any term of this EULA. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
