Question 1

Which platforms can I publish to?

Accepted Answer

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and LinkedIn personal profiles. For messaging, Milar also supports WhatsApp Business. Comments, direct messages, and analytics vary by platform depending on what each provider's API allows, see the table above.

Question 2

What are audience funnels?

Accepted Answer

Funnels help you organize and track audiences based on how people interact with your content. When someone comments on a post or triggers an automation, they can be automatically added to a funnel for segmentation, campaign tracking, and audience growth analysis.

Question 3

How does the AI comment system work?

Accepted Answer

Milar analyzes incoming comments, detects sentiment, identifies trending topics, and suggests context-aware replies. It helps teams respond faster while ensuring important conversations never go unnoticed.

Question 4

Can I try Milar for free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Start with a free account and explore Milar's core features. As your needs grow, upgrade to unlock additional workspaces, team members, AI credits, automations, scheduling limits, and storage.

Question 5

How does team collaboration work?

Accepted Answer

Invite team members as Owner, Admin, Editor, or Viewer. Each role has granular permissions covering publishing, analytics, team management, comments, and workspace settings. Multiple workspaces keep different brands separate.

Question 6

What is the AI inbox agent?

Accepted Answer

The AI inbox agent automatically replies to incoming DMs across connected platforms. You configure a master prompt, set rules for business hours, question types, and confidence thresholds, and the agent handles replies 24/7, handing off to a human when it's below the confidence threshold you set.

Question 7

Why use Milar instead of multiple social media tools?

Accepted Answer

Milar combines publishing, engagement, analytics, audience funnels, and a configurable AI inbox agent in one platform, giving teams a single workspace instead of juggling Buffer, a helpdesk, an analytics tool, and a separate automation platform.
