Comments waiting for a reply

Open Engagement → Comments. Milar lists the comments from the last 30 days that haven't been answered, newest first, with the post each one is on.

Press Reply to answer, or 1 Draft with AI for a suggested reply you can edit before sending.
No reply needed clears a comment without answering (for example "🔥🔥").
2 Questions and Unhappy show only comments that ask something or sound unhappy. These are usually the ones to answer first. The platform buttons next to them filter by account.
3 Search finds comments by word or by person.
The ⋯ menu hides a comment on the platform, opens the post or shows the person's profile.

Tip

Comments asking about price or availability are often sales waiting to happen. Milar spots them and lists the people under Potential customers in Contacts.
