Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and LinkedIn personal profiles. For messaging, Milar also supports WhatsApp Business. Comments, direct messages, and analytics vary by platform depending on what each provider's API allows, see the table above.

What are audience funnels?

Funnels help you organize and track audiences based on how people interact with your content. When someone comments on a post or triggers an automation, they can be automatically added to a funnel for segmentation, campaign tracking, and audience growth analysis.

How does the AI comment system work?

Milar analyzes incoming comments, detects sentiment, identifies trending topics, and suggests context-aware replies. It helps teams respond faster while ensuring important conversations never go unnoticed.

Invite team members as Owner, Admin, Editor, or Viewer. Each role has granular permissions covering publishing, analytics, team management, comments, and workspace settings. Multiple workspaces keep different brands separate.

What is the AI inbox agent?

The AI inbox agent automatically replies to incoming DMs across connected platforms. You configure a master prompt, set rules for business hours, question types, and confidence thresholds, and the agent handles replies 24/7, handing off to a human when it's below the confidence threshold you set.

Home

Home is where Milar opens. It shows your accounts and the things you do most, one click away.

1 The sidebar takes you to every part of Milar: Calendar, Posts, Campaigns, Media Library, Studio, Engagement, Analytics, Automations, Contacts and Integrations. Workspace Settings is at the bottom.
2 Search finds any page, tool or setting. Press Ctrl K (or ⌘ K on a Mac) from anywhere.
3 Your connected accounts, with their follower counts. Connect Account adds another.
4 Quick actions start the common jobs: create or generate a post, open Studio, answer customers, plan your week, ask MiDas.
5 Notifications: published and failed posts, approvals, new team members and more.
6 MiDas, Milar's assistant. Ask it things like "What needs my attention?" or "When should I post this week?". Shortcut: Ctrl J.
