The Posts page

Posts lists everything: posts you made in Milar and the ones Milar brings in from your accounts.

Posts
  • 1 Filter by status: All Posts, Published, Scheduled, Partial (posted to some accounts but not all), Failed and Drafts. The icons next to them switch between the list and a grid of thumbnails.
  • 2 Search posts by any word in the caption.
  • 3 Create Post opens the composer; Generate post lets AI write one.
  • 4 Each row's actions: view, comments, edit, duplicate and delete. For a failed post, the arrow icon tries publishing again.

The engagement columns show likes, comments and shares, and the trend line shows how they grew since the post went out.

Click a post (or the eye icon) to open it.

A published post
  • 1 Platform Performance splits the results by account: likes, comments, shares and impressions on each, and each account's share of the total.
  • 2 Comment Insights shows the latest comments with their tone (positive, negative, question). Open comments takes you to all of them, ready to reply.
  • Timing & Lifecycle shows when the post was created, scheduled and published, and Content Analysis counts its words, hashtags, mentions and links.
  • 3 Edit opens the post in the composer to change it.

When a post fails

A post fails when a platform refuses it, most often because the media doesn't fit that platform (for example, TikTok needs a video) or the account needs reconnecting. Open the post to see the reason, fix it, and retry. A notification tells you when a post fails, and Home lists it under things that need your attention.
