Use the Media Library
Keep photos and videos in one place, organise them in folders, and use them in any post.

Upload and organise
- 1 Upload adds photos and videos. You can also drag files onto the page.
- 2 New Folder groups files, for example by product or campaign. Folders can be open to the whole workspace or limited to certain people.
- 3 Storage Used shows how much of your plan's space you're using.
- 4 Open a folder to see what's inside. The All, Images and Videos tabs filter by type, and the icons on the right change the size of the thumbnails.
Tip
Photos customers send you in WhatsApp or Instagram messages can be saved to the library from the inbox, so you can repost them later (with their permission).
Use media in a post
In the composer press Library, tick the files you want and press Add. With Google Drive connected (in Integrations), your Drive files show up there too.
