Write posts with AI
Let Milar write captions in your tone, or generate whole posts (with an image) from a goal and a topic.

Write a caption with AI
In the composer, press Write with AI above the caption.
- 1.1 Say what the post is about, for example "honey latte, back for October". It's optional: with photos added, the AI can work from those.
- 2.2 Pick a Tone: Casual, Professional, Witty or Inspirational.
- 3.Press 3 Generate. The caption appears in the composer, where you can edit it before posting.
Generate a whole post
- 1.Press 1 Generate post on Home or the Posts page.
- 2.Choose what the post is for: Promote a product, Announce something, Teach something or Get people talking.
- 3.Describe it in a sentence and choose whether you want an image too.
- 4.Milar writes the post (and creates the image) and opens it in the composer for you to check, edit and publish or schedule.
Good to know
AI captions use AI credits and images use AI images. Your plan includes a monthly amount, shown in Workspace Settings → Billing.
