Contacts
Everyone who comments on your posts or messages you becomes a contact. If the same person writes to you on Instagram and WhatsApp, both accounts are kept together on one contact.
- 1 Potential customers: people whose messages or comments show they want to buy ("how much…", "do you deliver…"). Home shows them too. These are worth following up quickly.
- 2 Funnels: groups of people, for example wholesale leads or gift box buyers.
- 3 Import contacts from a spreadsheet (CSV), or Export your list.
- Each row shows the person's platforms, funnels, tags, how many comments and messages they've sent, and their phone number if you have it. The pencil icon edits notes and tags.
Funnels
A funnel collects people automatically: link it to a post in the advanced composer and everyone who comments joins it, or use an automation to add people. You can add people by hand too. Open a funnel to see who's in it and where they came from.
